By Invitation Only
A curated dinner with a headliner executive and 15–20 of your most relevant peers. No panels. No pitches. Just a real conversation — and the relationships that follow.
What Is a Fireside Dinner?
A Fireside Dinner is an intimate, invitation-only evening built around a single headliner — a highly accomplished executive who has agreed to share their experience with a small group of peers who are earlier in their journey.
The format is simple: a structured fireside chat interview with the headliner, followed by open Q&A, followed by a private chef dinner where the real conversations happen. Every guest is personally vetted. Every evening is facilitated by the Astronomic team.
The dinner is complimentary for guests. Costs are covered by a sponsor who believes in the value of bringing these people together.

"The best conversations I've had in years — and I didn't have to travel to a conference to have them."
— Past Guest, Austin TX
The Evening
6:00 PM
Guests arrive and mingle over curated wines in a private dining room or luxury home.
6:30 PM
Your host sets the stage. Brief introductions around the room — who you are, what you're working on.
6:45 PM
A focused 20-minute interview with the headliner — their story, their hard lessons, their perspective.
7:05 PM
Guests ask anything. This is where the real insights surface. No filters, no PR answers.
7:45 PM
An hour of relaxed conversation over a gourmet dinner. The relationships built here are the point.
9:00 PM
The following morning, you receive a personal email introduction to anyone you asked to meet.

The Headliner Concept
The Headliner
Every Fireside Dinner is anchored by a headliner — a highly accomplished executive who has already built, scaled, or exited what the guests in the room are working toward.
Our headliners don't charge honorariums. They agree to speak because they genuinely enjoy giving back to executives who are earlier in their journey. These are people who remember what it was like to be in your seat.
When you receive an invitation, it will always lead with the headliner's name and story — because that's the reason to come. The dinner is the setting. The headliner is the reason.

For Guests
We don't open these dinners to the public. Every guest is personally reviewed before receiving a formal invitation. We look for active executives, founders, and business leaders who are doing meaningful work and who would benefit from the conversation in the room.
If you've received an invitation from our team, it's because someone who knows your background believes you belong in the room. The dinner is complimentary. The conversation is the value.
We'll review your profile and reach out if there's a dinner that's right for you.
Guest Voices
"I've been to a lot of 'networking dinners.' This was the first one that actually felt like a dinner. The conversation was real, the people were right, and I left with two relationships I'm still building on."

"The headliner concept is what sets this apart. You're not just meeting peers — you're learning from someone who's already done what you're trying to do. That's rare."

"I was skeptical when I got the invite. But the curation was serious. Everyone in that room was relevant to me. I came back for a second dinner in a different city."

For Companies
We work with a small number of companies each quarter to design and execute a Fireside Dinner targeted at their exact customer persona. You define the titles, industries, and company sizes. We source the guests, secure the headliner, and run the event.
Your team attends as hosts — not sellers. The dinner does the relationship-building for you. What you walk away with is a room full of warm relationships and a curated lead list of everyone who attended, was interested but unavailable, and every vendor in the room.
This is pipeline generation that doesn't feel like pipeline generation — for you or for your prospects.
